There is no published support mailbox yet, so this form is the way in. It writes straight to the database a person reads — no autoresponder, no ticket system — and the reply comes back by email, to the address you give below.
This is not a live chat and there is no promised response time. If your download is broken, include your license key or Stripe receipt so it can be traced without back-and-forth.
